The London Transport Flying Club

The London Transport Flying Club is a members flying club based at Fairoaks Airport in Surrey.

Founded in 1931 by ordinary busmen from London Transport, our vision is to provide affordable flying for all and  to encourage everyone to fly.

As our club is a not-for-profit organisation, our emphasis is to develop a flying community around the club and its members. We also nourish a social element for like-minded people.

​

Whilst we are a flying club and not a flying school, you can still learn to fly with us. We also provide other training such as night ratings.
